JZJ2B Roots-liquid Ring Vacuum System

Both our Roots vacuum pumps and liquid ring vacuum pumps are manufactured in-house at Boke, ensuring complete quality control. The components for our Roots-Liquid Ring Vacuum Units are precision-engineered by Boke Vacuum. Each pump goes through strict quality control processes during machining, materials selection, and testing. After assembly, every pump is subjected to an 8-hour operational test. Once fully assembled, routine tests are conducted, including leak testing, noise and vibration analysis, ultimate vacuum assessment, maximum pressure differential checks, and evaluation under simulated operating conditions. Additional testing requirements can be accommodated upon request.

Drawing from our extensive practical experience, we provide tailored corrosion-resistant solutions to meet various working conditions. This includes applying protective coatings or replacing flow parts with materials such as stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, or titanium alloys. In terms of configuration, we can recommend appropriate sealing options, like mechanical seals or packing seals, based on your operational needs. We also offer working fluid recycling systems to reduce fluid consumption and meet environmental standards. Furthermore, we use internationally recognized brands for bearings and other components that experience wear, ensuring reliable performance and ease of replacement.
