We offer a variety of sealing types for our Roots vacuum pumps, including lip seals, mechanical seals, nitrogen seals, and magnetic seals. These options ensure optimal vacuum performance and system stability.

Our Roots vacuum pumps are equipped with a bypass relief valve inside the pump chamber to prevent overloading during operation. This feature effectively addresses potential overload issues.

The front and rear oil covers of our Roots vacuum pumps are designed with cooling water jackets, allowing for precise heat exchange for both the pump chamber and lubrication oil.

Designed with both bottom and side discharge ports, our Roots vacuum pumps facilitate convenient on-site installation for users.

We utilize state-of-the-art horizontal machining centers and gantry machining centers to achieve precision manufacturing of pump end covers and bodies through a single, five-axis machining process. Our nine-axis, five-linkage mill-turn machining centers ensure accurate rotor profile machining, enhancing component accuracy and interchangeability. Furthermore, coordinate measuring machines rigorously inspect processed components, guaranteeing the operational stability of each pump.

All Roots pump rotors are subjected to static and dynamic balancing tests using German Schenck dynamic balancing machines, achieving G1-level accuracy for superior performance.

To withstand corrosive working conditions, we offer customization of rotor and chamber materials. These can include nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings or specialized materials such as stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, titanium, and Hastelloy, effectively addressing challenges posed by corrosive media.

Every Roots vacuum pump undergoes leakage testing and comprehensive performance testing before leaving the factory. All test data is recorded and retained, ensuring that every pump delivered to customers operates reliably and stably on-site.
