
Gas-circulating roots pump is designed to discharge gas directly into the atmosphere. To operate effectively, the air-cooled roots pump requires a cooler. The cooled gas enters the pump's intake chamber from both sides of the pump body, preventing overheating from the compressed gas while maintaining optimal evacuation performance.
This gas-circulating roots pump can operate reliably for extended periods, even under high differential pressure and high compression ratios. It can function independently, be connected in series with multiple units, or be integrated into a vacuum pump system to achieve higher vacuum levels, accommodating various process requirements.

Precision Dynamic Balancing Tests and Coordinate Measurements
Boke Vacuum employs German Schenck dynamic balancing machines for rotor balancing, achieving G1-class precision that results in low noise, low vibration, and minimal inertial forces, allowing for stable high-speed rotor operation. Additionally, we use an American Leitz coordinate measuring machine with a scanning head for 3D measurement of all components, ensuring processing accuracy and perfect interchangeability.

Multiple Sealing Options
The shaft-side seals of our air-cooled Roots pumps utilize mechanical seals to completely eliminate oil leakage. Chamber seals can be customized with mechanical seals, lip seals, nitrogen seals, and more, ensuring reliable sealing with zero leakage.
