Since there is no direct metal-to-metal friction during operation, the compressors experience minimal wear and can run for extended periods with little to no maintenance. The flexible discharge valve structure at the high-pressure end ensures that the exhaust pressure remains within the range of 0.3 MPa to 0.8 MPa, allowing the compressor to operate optimally. Additionally, the compressors use an externally flushed double-face mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage of the compressed medium.

Due to the isothermal compression process in liquid ring compressors, they are particularly suitable for handling flammable and explosive gases, such as vinyl chloride, styrene, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, and hydrogen chloride, commonly used in chemical and petrochemical industries.

Our liquid ring compressors are mainly utilized for tail gas boosting and recovery, flare gas recovery, VOC gas compression treatment, vinyl chloride monomer compression, sulfur-containing tail gas handling, sulfur dioxide gas compression, liquefied petroleum gas compression, and methane compression.

The YE series compressors offer a higher working pressure than the Y series compressors, with exhaust pressure reaching up to 0.8 MPa.
