Recently, the screw vacuum pump units and large dry vacuum units we supplied to a major refinery enterprise achieved successful first-time commissioning at the customer's site and have been operating stably, earning the customer's affirmation and recognition.
The system we provided for this customer was custom-designed to match the customer's specific operating conditions. The unit consists of two gas circulation cooled roots vacuum pumps and one screw vacuum pump.
A dry vacuum unit configured in this way is suitable for the following operating conditions: a large reactor, continuous influx of fresh gas into the reactor, a high vacuum level at the operating point, a high gas throughput, and the need to start the roots vacuum pump in advance. The variable-frequency control of the gas circulation cooled roots vacuum pump enables the user to adjust the vacuum level to the appropriate operating point according to the motor frequency. Moreover, the gas circulation cooled roots vacuum pump can withstand a larger compression ratio and can be started without waiting for the screw vacuum pump to reach a certain vacuum level, allowing the entire unit to establish vacuum rapidly.
