Dry variable pitch screw vacuum pump is a gas transfer device designed to suck and discharge gases.

 

Its work principle is as following: a pair of parallel screw type rotors and pump casing form a vacuum chamber, in the chamber, there is no friction between rotor and chamber and there is a certain space between them. There is a sealing chamber between the rotors and the pump casing, and the two rotors rotates in opposite directions and high speed. The two rotors are machined by 5-axis turn& mill machine, and are undergone precise dynamic balance test. They are supported by precise bearings and installed in the pump casing. There is a certain space between screws. As the pump operates, the screws are no-contact and the pump operates with low noise stably, and the vacuum chamber do not request lubrication oil. Thus, the dry screw vacuum pump can evacuate gases with large vapour and little dust with high ultimate vacuum and low power consumption. It features energy-saving and free maintaining.

 

Specially, it has unmatched advantages in the free-oil and clean working condition like, chemical and pharmaceutical industry's solvent recovery, semi-conductor, electric industry and it can replace sliding vane vacuum pump, rotary vane vacuum pump, reciprocating vacuum pump, and roots-liquid ring vacuum system.
