Vacuum pump: The vacuum pump is the core equipment of the vacuum system. It extracts the gas in the container through mechanical, physical or chemical methods to obtain vacuum. Common types of vacuum pumps include water ring vacuum pumps, rotary vane vacuum pumps and Roots vacuum pumps.
PLC program control system: The programmable logic controller (PLC) is used to control the automatic operation of the vacuum system, detect input signals and control output signals according to program instructions to ensure the stable operation of the system.
Gas storage tank: The gas storage tank is used to store compressed air. When the gas-using equipment needs a large amount of gas, the gas storage tank can quickly release the stored gas to reduce the frequent operation of the air compressor.
Vacuum valve: The vacuum valve controls the on-off and flow route of the air flow to achieve different vacuum extraction paths, such as the combined use of mechanical pumps and diffusion pumps.
Vacuum pipeline: The vacuum pipeline connects various equipment to ensure that air and gas can be smoothly extracted and evenly distributed in the system.
Overseas filter assembly: The filter assembly is used to remove impurities and particulate matter from the gas entering the vacuum system to protect the normal operation of the internal equipment of the system.
The application field of the vacuum system is very wide, including the electronic semiconductor industry, optoelectronic backlight module, mechanical processing, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food industry and new energy industry. For example, in the freeze dryer, the vacuum system extracts the air in the freeze drying chamber through the vacuum pump, establishes and maintains the required vacuum environment, and ensures that the drying process is carried out under the best conditions.
